Responsible AI

Useful automation with people in control.

AI agents should be deployed with clear ownership, defined boundaries, measurable performance, and appropriate human oversight.

Our design principles

  • Purpose limitation: Every agent is built for a defined business workflow.
  • Human accountability: A person or business function remains responsible for outcomes.
  • Transparency: Users should know when AI materially contributes to a response or action where appropriate.
  • Reviewability: Important actions and exceptions should be traceable.
  • Proportional autonomy: The higher the risk, the stronger the approval and validation requirements.
  • Continuous evaluation: Workflows should be tested and reviewed as data, models, and business rules change.

What we do not promise

We do not claim that AI is infallible, fully autonomous, or a substitute for professional judgment. We do not recommend using unreviewed AI output for legal, medical, employment, financial, safety-critical, or other high-impact decisions.

Model and vendor selection

Model providers, hosting arrangements, data processing terms, and subprocessors are evaluated per engagement. Customer approval is obtained where required by scope.
